1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and cd66 ("cd66", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at cd66.bio and through the cd66 Android application ("the Platform").

By accessing the cd66 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered by cd66, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies or guidelines referenced herein. Use of the cd66 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

By registering an account, you declare and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. cd66 may request age verification documentation at any time, and accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending resolution.
• Residency: The cd66 Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the cd66 Platform complies with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Persons who have voluntarily excluded themselves from the cd66 Platform or have had their accounts closed by cd66 for violations of these Terms are not eligible to register a new account.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the cd66 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access the full range of cd66 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change.

3.1 KYC Verification

cd66 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with industry standards for responsible and secure platform operation. Before processing your first withdrawal, cd66 will require you to submit identity verification documents, which may include:

• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement confirming your registered address (dated within the last three months);

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout the KYC process is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance held at the time of closure.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cd66 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) generated during login or transaction authentication. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your cd66 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

cd66 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. cd66 does not apply any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own standard transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your cd66 account balance immediately upon confirmation of the transfer by the relevant payment provider. In exceptional cases where a deposit is delayed, you should contact cd66 support with your transaction reference number for manual investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your name and linked to your verified cd66 account. cd66 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawals are processed by cd66 within one to six hours of approval during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. cd66 does not charge a withdrawal fee; your payment provider's standard rates may apply.

cd66 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances: where a KYC review is pending; where unusual account activity has been flagged for investigation; where a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated; or where cd66 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the cd66 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). cd66 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion costs associated with international payment methods are the sole responsibility of the User.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

cd66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users. The following general conditions apply to all cd66 bonuses and promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately in your account dashboard.
• Each bonus offer is available once per account, per household, and per device unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated funds and suspension of all linked accounts.

• Bonus funds do not carry real monetary value until wagering requirements have been fully met. Bonus funds cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or any other form of consideration.
• cd66 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's betting pattern constitutes exploitation of a bonus offer. In such cases, cd66 may void the bonus, recalculate the account balance accordingly, and restrict future bonus eligibility for the account.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the cd66 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet or participating in any game on the cd66 Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the cd66 system. cd66 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in the circumstances set out in the applicable sport or game rules (e.g., event postponement, technical malfunction).
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds, cd66 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's account balance.
• Live casino games offered on the cd66 Platform are operated by third-party certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules governing each live table game are set by the relevant provider and are displayed within the game interface. cd66 is not responsible for outcomes in games operated by third-party providers beyond ensuring that those providers are certified for fair play.
• Slot games are operated by certified providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules are set by the relevant provider. All slot titles available on the cd66 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) software.
• cd66 reserves the right to impose betting limits, stake restrictions, or maximum winnings caps on individual accounts or across the Platform as a whole, at its discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cd66 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Registering more than one account per individual;
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the cd66 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to place bets, interact with games, or access account functions in a manner not consistent with legitimate human use;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage on the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to gain a betting advantage;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the cd66 Platform;
• Accessing the cd66 Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account-based restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cd66 staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the cd66 Platform — including but not limited to the cd66 brand name, logo, visual design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of cd66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the cd66 Platform without the prior written consent of cd66. Any unauthorised use of cd66 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

cd66's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cd66 account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Suspension and Termination

cd66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false or fraudulent information at any stage;
• Engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Failed to complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable timeframe following a request by cd66;
• Become subject to a legal order, court judgment, or regulatory direction requiring account suspension.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited by cd66. Where an account is closed at the User's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

cd66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cd66 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the cd66 Platform. The revised Terms will indicate the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of the cd66 Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting cd66 support.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which cd66 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and cd66 shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body designated by cd66.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
